01 Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TapPilot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you’re using TapPilot on behalf of a company, you represent that you’re authorized to bind it.
02 The service
TapPilot connects to your Apple Search Ads and RevenueCat accounts to provide analytics, recommendations, and approval-based automation. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
Automated changes to your advertising accounts are only made when you approve them. You remain responsible for the campaigns and budgets you run.
03 Your accounts & responsibilities
You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your login, for the accuracy of the credentials you connect, and for complying with the terms of the third-party platforms you integrate, including Apple and RevenueCat.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
04 Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your paid period.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes won’t affect the period you’ve already paid for.
05 Disclaimers
TapPilot provides analytics and suggestions to support your decisions. It does not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, or specific outcomes. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
06 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
07 Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Questions? Email hello@tappilot.io.
